How To Order
Ordering online at this website is designed to be easy, secure, and hassle free. We do also welcome orders by telephone, fax, or by post if you prefer.

Payment Methods
We accept payment by Visa, Mastercard, Switch, Solo, Visa Delta, Visa Electron. and Maestro.

Shipping Rates
Delivery within the UK and for BFPO customers is FREE.
Delivery to Europe is GBP 1.00 per disc or GBP 1.75 per VHS Tape.
Delivery to the rest of the world is now back to GBP 1.00 per disc.

Delivery Times
We ship most items within 2-3 days, though you should allow 5-7 days. We usually ship by First Class mail to UK & BFPO destinations, and by airmail to Europe and the Rest Of The World. For larger orders, we may use a courier.

For deliveries within the UK and Europe, please allow 10-14 working days for delivery from date of despatch.
For deliveries to the rest of the world, please allow at least 21 working days from date of despatch.

Returns Policy
Everything we sell is brand new (unless clearly stated otherwise), and is guaranteed to work. In the unlikely event that you have received a faulty item, we would strongly recommend that you check the DVD on a second machine first to ensure it is not a player compatibility issue. If it is definitely faulty, please contact us for return instructions - and we'll get a replacement despatched as soon as possible. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.

You have the right to return an order for no reason at all and without penalty of which we must be informed within 7 days of receipt of order. As soon as the item has been returned to us, we will issue a store credit for use against any new or outstanding orders. Please note your right to cancel does not apply to Video or DVD recordings that have been opened, nor to items that are special order.

DVD Region Coding
The DVDs we sell are all from UK manufacturers, and are predominantly PAL Region 2 - some manufacturers do release their discs as uncoded Region 0. They are all designed to play in UK and European DVD players. Customers outside of Europe should ensure that they can play PAL Region 2 discs before ordering.

PAL VHS Video
All the videos we sell are PAL VHS Videos which are suitable for customers in the UK, most of Europe, Australia and New Zealand. Customers in other regions should ensure that they can play PAL VHS Videos before ordering.

Customs
For customers outside of the EU, you are responsible for any import duties that may be payable. If in doubt, please contact your local Customs office.

Availability
Everything that is available to buy is generally available, but occasionally some items may become unavailable from the manufacturer. We will always advise you of this to your email addresss. E & OE.
